Cancellation policy is applied according to each golf course’s specific regulations, which are detailed in the table below. Each golf course has its own cancellation timeframe. If a cancellation request is made within the allowed period, a refund will be processed within 01 working day from the time a valid cancellation request is received. All golf booking cancellations must be submitted by Party B in written notice to Party A and confirmed via an official confirmation email from Party A. In case of any dispute regarding cancellation validity, proof of cancellation must follow the confirmation template provided by Party A. Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

Regular Guests	Cancellation made more than 48 hours before tee time.	Free cancellation.
	Cancellation within 48 hours before tee time.	100% of the total booking fee will be charged. Excludes buggy and weekend surcharge. Paid amount may be credited for future booking, non-refundable.
Mini Outing Guests	Cancellation made more than 72 hours before tee time.	Free cancellation.
	Cancellation within 72 hours before tee time.	100% of the total booking fee will be charged. Excludes buggy and weekend surcharge. Paid amount may be credited for future booking, non-refundable.
Inbound Guests	Cancellation made more than 72 hours before tee time.	Free cancellation.
	Cancellation within 72 hours before tee time.	100% of the total booking fee will be charged (including green fee, buggy fee, and weekend surcharge).
